Fur Hollow Annexation

On Thursday, May 16, 2013, at approximately 6:15 pm, the Sandy City Planning Commission will be considering annexing properties at approximately 3150 East Fur Hollow Drive, in Salt Lake County. The area under consideration for annexation comprises several contiguous unincorporated areas, totaling approximately 13.91 acres respectively. It is being proposed to annex these properties to the City with the R-1-15 Zone (single family residential on 15,000 square foot lots). The Planning Commission and City Council may consider approving a density that is either higher or lower than the proposed R-1-15 Zone.
